Conference Accommodation Booking Instructions
Booking Options:
- Delegates can complete the form and send it via fax to 780-492-5597 or email to guest.services@ualberta.ca.
- They can also call the Lister Centre Front Desk at 780-492-6056 and mention the group name: 3rd IWA YWP Canada Conference 2025 when booking.
Important Information:
- Check-in: After 4 p.m. and before 11 p.m. (arrival must be before 11 p.m.)
- Check-out: By 11 a.m. on departure day
- Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Minors must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 18 years old.
